FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27
6:15PM: CHECK IN BEGINS
Students registered for All-Night, All-Hours, and Middle School will check in between 6:15-7:00pm. They will collect their nametags, event shirt, and get settled ahead of the 25 hours of fun.
ft. WHS, WMS, and WTA Bands (plus music, games, and more!)
7:00PM: KICKOFF
7:30PM: NONSTOP FUN BEGINS
Between the limbo, karaoke, dancing, and song requests, students will have the chance to play some games and, for the first time ever, raise money for our recipients during the event!
11:00PM: MIDDLE SCHOOL DISMISSAL
Middle school students will head home to rest up before day two, while high school all-night and all-hour participants fuel up for the exclusive overnight hours!
11:30PM: LATE NIGHT FEAST
Menu: Chicken Nuggets, French Fries, Cookies and Assorted Drinks

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28
12:00AM: THE OVERNIGHT HOURS BEGIN!
We will open up the relax & recharge rooms for students to enjoy slower paced activities. Also, we’ll play Just Dance, Family Feud, watch a movie, and really enjoy the peace of the overnight hours.
1:00AM: SLEEPING ROOMS OPEN
We have two sleeping rooms all set for you to take a nap, if you wish. But we’ve found that our participants would rather savor the overnight hours to have some fun!
5:00AM: RAISE THAT MONEY!
In the early hours of the morning, students will have another opportunity to raise money for our charity recipients. Every dollar they raise makes a huge difference!
6:00AM: BREAKFAST
Menu: Pancakes, Bacon, Fresh Fruit, Mini Bagels, and more.
7:00AM: ALL-NIGHT PARTICIPANT DISMISSAL
7:30AM: ALL-DAY CHECK IN BEGINS
Students registered for All-Day will check in between 7:30-8:00am.
8:00AM: ALL-DAY FUN BEGINS
Our hosts will continue to keep the energy high going into Saturday! Think games like tug of war, minute to win it games, photo booth, name that tune, and more.
10:30AM: MIDDLE SCHOOL DAY 2 CHECK IN BEGINS
We invite middle school participants to come enjoy another fun day & upon returning, we’ll enter them into a raffle for up to $75 in gift cards! Plus, they get 9 more hours of fun!
11:00AM: MIDDLE SCHOOL DAY 2 BEGINS + THE FINAL STRETCH
It’s all-in at this point! The final stretch of the 25-hour event will be filled with team games, endless memories, and nonstop fun. Students will have two more opportunities to raise money, too!
12:30PM: LUNCH
Menu: Make Your Own Sandwich Bar
After lunch, we’ll break out our favorite minute to win it games, limbo, freeze dance, a fan-favorite bingo, one more song request hour, and get ready for the end of the event.
5:00PM: DINNER
Menu: Taco & Salad Bar
7:00PM: CLOSING CEREMONY
The closing ceremony is the icing on the cake — the last hour of the event, where participants see how much we’ve raised for charity, learn about the impact they’ve made, and enjoy ice cream sundaes!
8:00PM: END OF THE ALL-NIGHTER
With one last Cha Cha Slide, we’ll say goodbye to the community we’ve built over the last 25 hours. It’s a great opportunity to take photos with your new friends, enjoy a dessert, and head home to get some rest.
