There is a person dressed in a black cape and a red, white, and blue hat, speaking into a microphone. Confetti is falling, and a crowd of children and adults watch the celebration. ABOUT WMCD INC:

Started in 2021, WMCD Inc. aims to provide hands-on leadership work for middle and high school students, in order to teach them that giving back to the community can be fun and rewarding. WMCD is:

  • A youth-driven non-profit organization: our Youth Team works year-round to guide the direction of fundraisers, events, and ideas within our organization.

  • Hosting annual 25-hour all-nighters: by creating a unique overnight event for teens, we build a platform to talk about what leadership and giving back looks like as a teen.

  • Raising money for local charity: our youth select recipients to benefit each year, and the funds our youth raise (as a part of their hands-on work) goes to these charities.

ABOUT OUR RECIPIENTS:

Our youth team has selected three local nonprofit charities to benefit from the funds we raise through our 2025 all-nighter:

  • Rick’s Place - providing critical grief support to children ages 5-18, and their families. We’ve supported Rick’s Place since 2022, and it is important to our youth to provide resources for their peers who are going through a difficult time.

  • Brittney’s Believers - raising awareness and advocating for childhood cancer research. Through their work, they hope to find a breakthrough for better treatment options and provide comfort to those going through the same experience.

  • Rachel’s Table - battling widespread food insecurity by growing, gleaning, purchasing, and rescuing food. We’ve supported Rachel’s Table since 2023, and look forward to continue our collaboration at various events.

100% of the funds we raise by February 27 will fuel our mission to raise awareness of these organizations, engage middle and high school students in hands-on leadership work to raise money, and benefit these youth-selected recipients.

It’s a 25-hour marathon of fun! Including:

  • Nonstop Music

  • Minute To Win It Games

  • Bumper Balls

  • Karaoke

  • Limbo

  • Free T-Shirt

  • Meals & Snacks

ACTIVITY TIMELINE:

Check back in early 2026 to see what activities we have planned for the Enchanted Treetop Charity All-Nighter.

In the past, we’ve opened the event with open dance time followed by minute-to-win-it games.

Overnight, we plan low-energy but fun activities, such as showing movies, playing Family Feud, and doing bingo.

During the Saturday hours, we will ramp the energy back up to welcome back our junior participants and savor the final moments before our closing ceremony, where we present our grants to charity.
