IN ORDER TO HAVE FUN, WE HAVE TO BE SAFE.
SECURITY TEAM
We keep a minimum of 6 (six) security volunteers on deck at all times, in addition to volunteers in other areas of the venue (including activity management, food prep, registration, etc.)
Our security team monitors every entryway to the venue.
Students who wish to leave the event before the end of their registration slot may do so but requires permission from a parent or guardian via. phone call. Students who do not have this permission will not be permitted to exit the venue until the end of their shift, in order to maintain safety.
The only guests permitted to enter the venue are during the hours of our kickoff and closing ceremony at 7:00pm on Friday and Saturday respectively.
OUR PARTICIPANTS ARE KEPT SAFE BY AN EXTENSIVE SECURITY & SAFETY TEAM.
PARTICIPANT SAFETY
All students wear name tags they will receive upon registering for the event.
We have a 24/7 first aid team of volunteers, including a minimum of 1 (one) medically trained volunteer staffed at all times. We have a separate room dedicated for first aid needs and ask permission to administer medication in the participant registration form.
Every student will check in and out with a volunteer on our registration team.
Every volunteer completes an extensive background check prior to engaging with any event registrants.
