VOLUNTEER WITH US: MEDICAL TEAM & CLEANUP CREW
Our volunteers have a good time!
Our annual all-nighters are made possible by a stellar team of volunteers — those in the community who selflessly dedicate their time and energy to giving back to others.
As our event grows, so does our volunteer needs. This year, we are hosting our event in a new venue, so we’re looking for volunteers to oversee and help with our first aid team and cleanup crew.
FIRST AID TEAM NEEDS
Our first aid team needs volunteers who have some form of medical license/certification, including CNA, RN, PA, MD, MT, etc. This team is responsible for overseeing participant safety, acting as an available resource in the case of a participant not feeling well. Since our event is 25 hours long, we like to have a team on hand to be extra cautious — although it’s typically just handing out band aids or icepacks!
We need one team leader to oversee and schedule our volunteers, and then as many volunteers as possible to cover our 25-hour-long event! The more volunteers we have, the easier!
Volunteers treat themselves to an ice cream sundae at the end of our event!
CLEANUP CREW NEEDS
Our cleanup crew is new this year! With our shift in venue, we need to breakdown the event just as quickly as we set it up! Considering our event is 25 hours long, we want to make sure we have a team of volunteers who is wide awake and ready to cleanup at the end. This team will primarily be responsible for taking down decorations, sorting materials, and leaving the space in tip-top condition!
We need one team leader to oversee the cleanup process, and many hands to assist in the cleanup process. This commitment is primarily after 8:00pm on Saturday, February 27th. The more hands we have, the sooner cleanup will be done!
