VOLUNTEER UPDATE: FEBRUARY 22ND, 2026

Due to the inclement weather forecasted overnight and into the day tomorrow, we are not able to hold our in-person all-nighter volunteer meeting as planned Monday evening

Given this late change in plans, we are offering two rescheduling options to allow you as much flexibility as possible.  

  • We have been able to move the in-person volunteer meeting to Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30pm in the Westfield Middle School Cafeteria.

  • Alternatively, we will be holding a virtual Zoom video call Monday, February 23rd at 6:30pm - should you not be available to attend Tuesday evening.  A video meeting link will be emailed to all volunteers by our Volunteer Coordinator, Cindy Monti.

If you cannot attend either of the meetings, please let us know so that we can provide further instructions via.email.
